Service & maintenance
With proper maintenance on your Jongejans extraction system, you know that your installation will continue to function optimally and safely. You also reduce the chance of interruptions in your production line due to malfunctions and you extend the life of your installation. In addition, preventive maintenance ensures lower maintenance costs. Reasons enough to arrange the maintenance of your installation!
Jongejans offers 2 types of service agreements:
– 1x annual inspection + minor maintenance.
With this service agreement, an inspection and minor maintenance of your installation (s) is carried out once a year.
– 2x a year inspection + minor maintenance.
With this service agreement, an inspection and minor maintenance of your installation (s) is carried out twice a year.
With both service agreements, our service department will take care of the planning of your inspections. When it is time for an inspection, our service department will contact you to schedule an appointment. Our expert service engineers will perform an inspection on your behalf. You will receive an extensive report of this inspection, so that you can read back what the state of your installation is and what has been or should be done for maintenance.

All installations are provided with a unique identification number. If you call us with a malfunction, this number allows our service staff to retrieve all historical information about your installation with just a few keystrokes.
